The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Child Care Lawyer with Children Panel Membership to join an experienced team on a permanent basis. Providing advice and representation to parents and children in all aspects of child care, the successful Lawyer will manage a complex caseload involving representation in care proceedings; Special Guardianship Orders and adoptions with minimal supervision. Additionally, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain strong links with clients and professionals in the local community. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with solid child care experience;
Membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel will be essential;
Possess excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, jargon-free language;
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Be comfortable working within a team as well as using your own initiative;
Have a desire for professional development.
