Residential Conveyancer - Slough, Berkshire

My client is a prominent, highly-regarded law practice that have an urgent requirement for an experienced Assistant Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join and help to develop a Residential Property Department at their Slough office. You can expect a market leading salary with ongoing support and scope for developing your career. Any levels of experience/PQE will be considered.

Reporting directly to the HOD, this role would suit a Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC who can handle their own case load of Residential Conveyancing files with minimal supervision. You'll be expected to meet fee earning and other KPI targets by advising clients in relation to residential property transactions and to maintain and improve client care.

This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in helping to shape the firm and it's Conveyancing offering across the South East. The successful applicant will be able to display a sound knowledge, competence and confidence in Residential Property law and have experience in residential property. You will have trained with an established practice and be keen to develop and participate in marketing activities, to drive business forward.
