The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Family Solicitor to join a specialist team located in Wigan. As part of an experienced team including the Head of Department, the successful Solicitor will manage a diverse and challenging caseload of solely private family matters, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: divorce; financial relief; separation agreements; dissolutions of civil partnerships; Children Act matters and; preparing pre and post-nuptial agreements. In return, our client offers exposure to high quality work combined with a competitive remuneration package for the right Solicitor.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient with experience across a full range of private family matters;
Possesses outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Be able to manage a demanding caseload, meeting tight deadlines whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy;
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on their own initiative;
Has a desire for professional development.
