An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A Associate to join an elite US firm in their Hong Kong office.
The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 7 years’ PQE. The candidate should be able to work across a wide range of M&A transactions. Experience of both public and private M&A would be advantageous. The Hong Kong office is not departmentalised by speciality and many lawyers have had international experience.
The corporate team in Hong Kong deal with some of the best work in the market and are a leading practice in this area.
