Looking to speak with high calibre, leveraged finance partners for a top rated US law firm in the city.

The wider banking & finance team is a market-leading practice representing institutional investors in private placement financing transactions, including:

institutional private placement debt issuance,

structured finance & securitization transactions,

mezzanine finance,

project finance.

There would be an expectation for you to bring clients with you- to join the equity partnership level, you will need to be able to generate at least £2. You will also have a proven track record of consistently winning business and also experience of managing a team
