Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE

A specialist legal firm in London are looking to appoint experienced IAAS Level 3 qualified caseworker to join their successful Immigration department.

As an Immigration Caseworker, you will be responsible for working alongside a team of Immigration specialists, handling a varied caseload to include Asylum cases, Immigration Applications, Appeals Judicial Reviews and much more, with minimal supervision. This is a challenging role suited to an ambitious Immigration Caseworker with excellent client care and interpersonal skill.

Requirements:

- Independently managing casework.

- Working with clients and providing advice over the telephone and other mediums.

- Drafting lists of documents, covering letters and general case correspondence with the Home Office and other authorities.

- Preparing appeal applications, grounds of appeal, witness statements with occasional representations in Tribunals.

- 3 year's minimum experience of working in Immigration Law

- Excellent drafting skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- A confident and determined approach.

- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.

- Ability to work to strict deadlines.

- Be organised and methodical in your approach.

You should also have commercial awareness and practical IT skills. It is essential that you have strong ethical standards, fantastic team spirit, but most importantly be humble and passionate about the work carried out.
