Legal Counsel

• Providing collaborative and pragmatic legal advice to inform and promote business goals and ensure legal compliance
• Providing timely and pragmatic legal support to identify ensure core regulatory compliance and identify and mitigate/manage contractual risk
• Working in collaboration with other members of the Legal team , to continuously improve the Legal Target Operating Model and drive innovation
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Developing and/or maintaining subject matter expertise in a core legal compliance area, e. anti-bribery
• Providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues
• Providing strategic and legal support to resolve material disputes
• Provide training relating to legal matters for UK colleagues
• Effective management of and liaison with third party advisors and service providers, maintaining productive and cost-effective relationships

You will be a UK Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in a similar role .
