High End Residential Conveyancer

Our Client is a well respected commercial solicitors firm based in Suffolk recognised by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as one of the leading firms of solicitors in East Anglia.

They are now looking for a HIGH END Residential Property Solicitor 50% HIgh End Residential and 50% farm acquisition/disposal.  You will be involved in advising on a range of property matters on behalf of individuals and landowners.  

Acting for a landowner on the grant of a lease to an energy company for the construction of wind turbines;

Advising a landowner on the grant of an easement to a utility company;

Acting on the sale of a farm and land;

Freehold sales and purchases;

Leasehold sales and purchases;

Mortgages and re-mortgages; and

Matrimonial conveyancing.

Depending you your PQE, you may need to supported and developed, or indeed you may have sufficient experience to bring a following.

The firm has its offices in a central Suffolk market town.  They are renowned for paying above the market rate to their local employees.
