A global law firm looking to recruit a Senior Key Account Manager to sit within their dedicated sector team. The role will see you account managing 10 of the firms high profile consumer clients and will be based in their London office.

The firm’s consumer sector is market leading globally and they act for a vast and wide range of leading brands within the sector, with an enviable portfolio of key accounts. Therefor this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high preforming team.

Role highlights

• Manage a small portfolio of own accounts comprised of the sector’s most strategic clients.
• Leading from the front’ through deployment of world-class key account management techniques
• Direct all marketing communications globally for the sector.
• Influence strategic hires and coach individuals to ensure that they are successfully integrated into client teams.
• Manage conflicts, ensuring that interests of our clients are balanced with our long-term aspirations for the sector
• Developing and building key client and industry relationships, participating in client reviews when necessary
• Providing business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends, identifying ways of gaining a competitive advantage in the market
• Identify and drive strategic secondments to maximise business development impact
• Craft and drive a bespoke client feedback plan for each account in personal portfolio, ensuring a follow-up plan is implemented
• Lead, coach and motivate a small team consisting of one key account manager and one client communications executive

The successful candidate will have extensive key account experience within professional services and have a proven track record of managing and growing global clients. You will have the ability to lead partner presentations, credible working at a senior level.
