Our client are seeking an ambitious and responsible Commercial Property Solicitor who will fit into their successful team and complement the team dynamics.

The firm and the Property department have an excellent support network and excellent training procedures in place, therefore, the successful candidate will be given every opportunity to work autonomously whilst also being supported and working as an integral part of a close-knit team.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own case load with a strong emphasis on acquisition and disposal matters. You will be working within an experienced and successful team, but will also work closely with partners on larger commercial property projects when required.

The Commercial Property Solicitor must be approachable and capable of handling client relationships and demands, as well as demonstrate an understanding of business development. A competitive remuneration package, including a desirable salary will be provided for your commitment to the role.
