We are currently working alongside a highly reputable mid-tier practice whom are expanding their corporate team due to fantastic demand within the sector.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience within corporate work, experience derived from a leading city of regional firm and a strong work ethic. Your experience will include drafting and revising certificates, agreements and offering documents, due diligence, transaction agreements and preparation of SEC filings.
