Our client, a top tier national firm, is looking to grow its Real Estate department. They are currently seeking a Solicitor to join their prestigious team in Birmingham.
The successful candidate is most likely a newly qualified solicitor with solid experience of property law. You will have experience in the negotiation and drafting of routine property documents including contracts and leases. You will have most likely trained at a leading regional or city firm and have excellent academics. You will have a high level of technical skill and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The role will involve you being responsible for running aspects of property transactions and you will be working across a range of commercial property work. The role will also offer you the opportunity to be involved in all areas such as landlord and tenant, estate management, corporate support, property development, retail/leisure, investment funds and public sector.
