Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well known, regional firm of Solicitors for an Office Manager within their Rotherham based office.

You will be responsible for the general day to day management of the office in line with SRA and Law Society guidelines and specific duties will include;

• Dealing with facilities management issues
• Managing company marketing
• Supervising administrative and reception staff
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality scheme accreditation including LEXCEL
• Maintaining and updating company policies and procedures
• Handling all HR issues including recruitment, maintaining employee files, monitoring sick leave including conducting return to work interviews, monitoring annual leave, preparing employment contracts
• Conducting new starter inductions
• Producing reports for Partners as requested

To be considered for this role you should have experience gained within a similar role and ideally within a Legal environment. It is essential that you have a full driving licence as you will be expected to occasionally work from additional offices within the region.
