Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a Silver Circle Law firm for a Paralegal to join the Employment team.

The firm boasts an excellent client base of multinational companies, from a range of industries including technology, insurance, finance and luxury goods, as well as smaller well known national companies and also start-ups.

The Paralegal can look forward to gaining exposure to a wide range of both contentious and transactional matters. This could be TUPE or redundancies following a merger or acquisition, global immigration assisting companies to relocate / second their staff to overseas offices, managing senior executive appointments and departures, and a range of discrimination and disputes in the courts and employment tribunals.

The team pride themselves on providing an imaginative approach to solving their client’s problems and they are seeking a talented Paralegal who enjoys problem solving to become an integral part of the team.

Applications are welcome from Paralegals who have an excellent academic record, for example A’s at A-Level, a 2.1 or above and Commendation/Distinction in the LPC. Ideally you will have at least 3 months experience as a Paralegal in Employment Law, but applications are also welcome from candidates who have experience in Commercial Litigation or Corporate Law with an interest in Employment Law. The experience can also be gained via Vacation Schemes.

This role may also suit a future trainee solicitor who has already secured their training contract to start in 2019 or 2020 as you would be able to gain really hands on experience which would give you a head start for your training contract.
