Lawyer - Leasehold Enfranchisement

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasehold specialist to join an established, highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in their Bournemouth office. 

You will advise landlords, tenants and companies on enfranchisement, lease extensions and freehold purchases.

The ideal candidate will either be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle your own caseload with minimum supervision.
