This rare and exciting opportunity has opened due to our clients' innovative, modern and high level Real Estate Finance team's increasing instructions.

This dedicated Real Estate Finance Team, based in Exeter, as part of the larger London and international firm work for lenders and investors with a specialism in social and affordable housing. You will be dealing with the property matters involved in large capital markets issues, acquisitions and disposals for substantial portfolios, preparing reports, carrying out due diligence, drafting certificates of title etc.

In the Exeter market, this is an excellent opportunity for a NQ or someone with experience in Real Estate Finance who may be looking to move to Devon or the South West in general from London or who are local and looking to join an outstanding firm, partularly renowned for their Real Estate work.
