Commercial Paralegal - Birmingham

A great opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a top law firm in Birmingham.

The successful Paralegal can look forward to working as part of a team on a range of commercial disputes, M&A deals and finance transactions. Depending on the matter, your responsibilities will incorporate pre-trial preparation for high value, international disputes - i.e. reviewing and analysing documentation, preparing bundles, chronologies and indices – due diligence for large corporate transactions and drafting, collating and reviewing documents for finance deals.

As this is a broad role, the ideal Paralegal will have a 2.1 or above and 6 months’ experience from another top tier law firm or bank in either litigation, corporate, banking or finance law. As the firm are so busy, it would be beneficial if you are available at short notice, but Paralegals with a month’s notice period will also be considered.

The firm are recruiting this position on an initial six month contract with the view to extend.
