Corporate M&A Lawyer, 2+

This leading wealth management provider is looking for a Corporate M&A lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring work.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of corporate work including internal and external M&A deals, cross-border mergers, legal entity establishment in new jurisdictions and legal entity moves. You will report to the EMEA Head of M&A and Corporate Transactions and be part of a collegial and supportive team across London and New-York.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in M&A, company law, restructuring and ideally be familiar with in the financial sector. You will be used to working autonomously, taking responsibilities and dealing quickly with queries from colleagues and senior management. This role would suit a smart and commercially minded M&A lawyer, looking for their first in-house move.
