Commercial Asset Management Lawyer, 1+

This leading global asset manager is looking for an asset management lawyer to join its legal team.

In this role you will be responsible for advising on all legal aspects of asset management work. Working closely with the business you will draft and negotiate complex agreements including IMAs, side letters, distribution agreements, terms of business etc. and advise the business on general commercial asset management related matters. You will have a minimum of 1 year's PQE have trained and qualified at a top City firm and have ideally gained some experience in-house of the asset management sphere.

This role would suit a smart, commercially minded lawyer looking for their first in-house role in the asset management space or FS regulatory or corporate lawyers looking to move into the asset management space.
