Residential Conveyancer

opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to lead the Residential Conveyancing Department in an established, long-standing and award-winning legal practice based in Liverpool is available. The firm is seeking an experienced individual who is organised, motivated and driven to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The Residential Conveyancer position requires an experienced professional of 4+ years PQE with a strong academic record. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with high net worth clients and 'non-standard' transactions, drafting lease documents, working closely with the Private Client team and providing client-focused services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 4 year's+ PQE with broad experience across all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. A solid base of existing professional contacts and networking skills, as well as experience of managing a team, are required.
