Interim In-house Paralegal

Badenoch and Clark is assisting an international company with the search for an interim paralegal. Due to growth and restructure a vacancy has become available for a minimum of 6 months.


The Role

- Dealing assist the senior solicitor with a mixed and varied caseload including; commercial contracts, corporate (M&A, due diligence etc.), employment, disputes and more.
- To start in April for a minimum period of 6 months, although there is the opportunity to extend much longer than this.
- Paying on a daily rate basis.
- Working with a strong in-house legal function.
- International company with a turnover of over £40billion.


The candidate

- Commercially aware paralegal ideally with 1 years experience working in a corporate environment.
- Available on short notice.
- Hard working, good communicator and resilient.
