Paralegal

Opportunity for a paralegal to join the legal team of a leading global business based in Rugby where you will undertake a broad commercially focussed role and have the opportunity to develop your career. The legal team is seeking a confident and self-starting paralegal to assist the legal team's lawyers with a variety of work, which will include supporting the following areas:

- Commercial contracts
- Minor litigation
- Statutory and Company Secretarial Governance
- Compliance
- Projects
- Knowledge management - researching, drafting and circulating legal updates

We are seeking a bright, ambitious, commercial and self-starting paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of working across a variety of specialisms. You will be a team player who is looking to develop with the business to become a paralegal who is knowledgeable and experienced within this unique business.

This role would be suitable for an experienced paralegal with 2 years' of experience of working in a corporate environment (i. in house or in a law firm). In addition you should have administration and organisational skills with an aptitude for project management, attention to detail and good overall computer literacy
