Commercial Property Solicitor - Milton Keynes / Luton
Are you a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking for the chance to establish your career in a successful firm? Or are you a junior solicitor looking to handle a high-quality caseload but don't want the long hours? If so, this Commercial Property role split between our Milton Keynes and Luton offices could be the one for you! More important is technical ability so applicants with more or less PQE will be welcomed.
Commercial Property Solicitor - Milton Keynes / Luton
The Candidate & Role:
The successful candidate will be between NQ level and 2 years PQE, however more important than an exact PQE level is technical ability and an enthusiasm to succeed in an established legal practice. You will be handling a high quality caseload from inception to completion, consisting of a broad range of commercial property matters, including some development and property finance work. We are therefore happy to consider individuals who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate corporate ability and dedication to the role.
We will consider a Property Paralegal for this role with good technical knowledge and experience in all Property matters. Particular experience in fully understanding the Conveyancing process and transactional related matters will benefit the successful candidate. The Property Paralegal position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Property team. Some of these tasks include, dealing with leases, licences, deeds of covenant, running a caseload, working as part of a larger team and handling all aspects of the Conveyancing transaction and maintaining close contact throughout the process with clients.
