Property Solicitor

We are currently working exclusively with a reputable, multi-disciplined legal practice based in Manchester city centre whom are seeking a Property Solicitor to join their established and highly successful Residential Development and Commercial Property team.

You will have the opportunity to work with and maintain the relationships with their loyal client base with the scope to build your own network of contacts as well. The successful candidate will be drafting and negotiating contracts, dealing with all aspects of acquisition, development and disposal work, as well as site set-up and site assembly.

The firm are keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors who have previous experience in residential or commercial development or as a residential development specialist. Ideally, thee Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in a busy property environment whether that be in private practice or in-house.

This Property Solicitor role is unique as it is an opportunity to achieve a healthy work/life balance but also have exposure to some of the highest quality work within the North West market as well genuinely achievable progression as the route toward partnership is open for the right person.

You will be rewarded with an extremely competitive remuneration package for your hard work. Due to the nature of the firm themselves there is genuine flexibility when it comes to the role itself, whether there is a management element to the role as well as things like working hours.
