Professional Negligence Paralegal - Bristol

Opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.

Our client are looking for a Paralegal to work within their Professional and Commercial Risks Team. This leading international firm has offices across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Their Professional and Commercial Risks Team advises insurers and professional organisations when they are faced with the threat of a professional negligence claim. They deal with a wide range of clients including solicitors, surveyors, accountants, brokers, engineers, architects and their insurers, on high value and sensitive claims. The Bristol team is in the top tier rankings for professional negligence in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories.

The purpose of the role is to manage a professional indemnity caseload under supervision. The successful candidate will develop a knowledge of legal issues in respect of a variety of professions.

To be considered for this role, you must be a Law Graduate with excellent academics and/ or have previous experience of working as a paralegal. You must be IT literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of case management systems would be beneficial. You must also be client focused and be able to build good relationships with clients and third party contacts.
