Our client is a leading asset management seeking a lawyer who wishes to move into loan asset management / servicing.
You will have a real estate finance or banking/loan restructuring background and be keen to move away from traditional legal practice but use your knowledge of loan documentation in a different way.
You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on commercial mortgage loans in the UK and wider Europe and work closely with the investment team throughout the full life cycle of loans.
You will have strong analytical, organisational and communication skills and must work well within a team environment.
This is not a legal role but our client will consider lawyers (among people with other transactional backgrounds) who wish to move into this area.
