COMMERCIAL/FUNDS LAWYER NEEDED - INVESTMENT BANK/ ASSET MANAGER

We are working with a leading investment bank in London who is looking for a funds/commercial lawyer to support their Asset Management team on an interim basis for an initial 12 month contract.

The role will involve drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial and fund agreements, including international distribution agreements for UCITS funds, ISDAs and CSAs, investment management agreements, and CCP OTC Clearing documentation. Commercial agreements may involve data agreements, services agreements, system providers, and any other matters in relation to the business as a whole.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE (preferably 5 PQE), with experience across commercial agreements as well as in investment management. Ideally you will have trained at a top UK or International firm, followed by some experience gained at an investment manager. This is a fast-paced environment, which would suit someone who wants a challenging and varied in-house role.
