A vacancy has now arisen for a solicitor to join the corporate team at the Sheffield office. The Role
This is a vacancy for an ambitious solicitor to join a very well-regarded corporate team. Displaying great commercial acumen and excellent client care skills, the successful candidate will be dealing with a varied caseload of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, MBO’s and MBI’s. Candidates should also have experience of dealing with general company law, restructuring and banking matters and commercial contract work. There will also be some element of mentoring junior colleagues.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with at least 3+ years’ PQE in a wide range of corporate work gained with a reputable, and probably Legal 500, firm;
Display an impressive background of academic success and continuing achievement, self-motivated, dynamic and driven to succeed;
Be technically excellent, possess outstanding client care skills and be a real team player;
Have first class networking and marketing skills, being passionate about promoting the work of the department and the firm as a whole and consistently adding value to the role and the client experience.
