Due to strategic growth, this sociable yet prestigious law firm is offering an experienced Conveyancer the opportunity to join their well-established Residential Property Department at their office in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
 
Are you experienced within sales, purchase, new build and plot sales and capable of hitting the ground running and handling your own caseload with support from an assistant? This firm has an excellent profile, particularly in Yorkshire and is known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking approach.
 
They are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing Department with a candidate who is keen to manage a caseload and also build relationships with estate agents etc and help bring work in, so an interest in business development would be desirable.
 
The role arises as part of a wider strategic aim to grow the practice and would provide an opportunity to work with some well-regarded lawyers. You’ll be working with a collegiate team who have strong working relationships in a focused but relaxed environment.
