£35,000 to £55,000 DOE
An established, multi office firm seek a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful Cambridgeshire team.
The successful applicant will handle a full and varied commercial property caseload to include but not limited to landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, development work and lease extensions/renewals. Alongside this, you will be actively involved in the development of new business opportunities.
You will be joining a very busy and progressive team who cover all matters relating to commercial property. The firm itself pride themselves on their long standing establishment in the Cambridgeshire area, and provide a friendly working environment in what is described as a niche crossover between a high street and commercial practice.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practicing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. You will be confident in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions and have a keen interest in business development.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £35,000 to £55,000 experience depending. Benefits will include private health care and free parking.
