My client is a highly renowned regional firm known for the high quality work they attract and they are looking to recruit an Executive Lawyer within their Family (Divorce and Finance) team in their Banbury office.

About the Role - Family Solicitor - Banbury

You will be conducting a mixed case load of matrimonial and financial cases. The work which the firm attracts is high value, complex and interesting. You should have at least 2 years PQE handling your own case load of family matters. Please note that this is a minimum PQE requirment for the role. Applicants with higher levels of PQE will be paid a salary which reflects this and be given a case load which is suited to their level of experience.

About you

In order to be successful you must be qualified in the area of practice (either as a solicitor, or a Legal Executive). You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility. You will manage higher fee earning targets to contribute to the fee earning potential for your practise area you must be able to communicate effectively on every level; you are on the front line of customer communications and must set the example to other staff in the delivery of exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role you must be able to work independently and be self motivated, but also work well in a team in order for practise area goals to be met. You must be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
