Locum Conveyancing Solicitor
East Midlands – £28-£32ph DOE – ASAP start
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer with experience handling all aspects of residential property transactions to join an established legal practice in the East Midlands region. Our client is looking to recruit on an urgent basis and the assignment is projected to commence next week or the week after.
The successful candidate will be a self-sufficient Fee Earner with the ability to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a busy caseload. You will be experienced in dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and right to buys from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
Our client is a reputable practice with strong local ties and their offices are easily accessible with excellent transport links.
