As a Commercial Associate you will be dealing with a range of commercial matters for a client base of commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.

Description

As a Commercial Associate you will join a very well regarded and well established commercial team.

My client is seeking a senior solicitor / associate who can support the partners on large scale commercial contracts and projects and also handle their own caseload with appropriate supervision. The role will also involve supporting the corporate transactional team with due diligence and ancillary related commercial, IT and IP arrangements. This is an opportunity to join an established team with a strong reputation where you will have exposure to a wide range of high quality transactions working with household name clients from the private and public sectors.

Profile

My client is looking for a Commercial Associate with around 4 years PQE.

Your experience will probably have been acquired at a leading national, regional or city firm where you have been involved in good quality general commercial work (including purchase and sale conditions, service contracts, manufacturing, distribution, franchising and agency arrangements as well as less conventional agreements). Additional experience (or an interest in) technology, data protection, procurement and/or competition matters would be useful.
