Legal Counsel

My client, a leading global real estate provider, are currently seeking a junior Commercial lawyer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is seeking to make their first move In House and develop their career.

The responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to;

• Reviewing, advising, drafting and negotiating a large range of contracts (and the related documents).
• Ensuring the commercial risk to the business is balanced against any commercial advantages in regards to any commercial agreements.
• Maintaining an up to knowledge of any legal developments or changes in regulation that may affect the wider business.
• Working with the existing legal team to introduce new best practise methods and to ensure the team is at its most efficient.

The ideal candidate for this role will be/have;

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales
• At least 1 years' PQE gained from a national firm
• Experience of high volume commercial contract work
• Ideally, will have experience in others areas such as IP/Regulatory
