Lexcel accredited firm in Maidenhead hiring a part-time Private Client Lawyer to manage their own caseload of Wills and probate matters.

The firm is now seeking a Private Client Lawyer to work on a permanent, part-time basis in its office in Maidenhead.

The Role
Managing your own caseload of Wills and probate matters, this is an ideal opportunity for a talented Private Client Lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE. Your duties may include: drafting Wills; advising on probate matters; contesting a Will; Power of Attorney for health and welfare and; inheritance planning. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 5 years’ PQE in Private Client matters.
Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills.
Taking an organised approach, you will be skilled in managing your workload and prioritising tasks.
You will have the desire for professional development.
Knowledgeable in Private Client matters, you will be technically adept.
