My client are a top tier UK firm who have long been established as a leading practice in the MENA region. They have a number of offices across the GCC, comprised of lawyers with in-depth local and international expertise in order to fulfil client requirements on a regional and global scale.
For this role, my client need technically strong commercial lawyers who are common-law qualified and have experience across the areas of IT, IP, digital, sourcing, and TMT. The Partner you would be joining has a rare skill-set and works on complex joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and sponsorship and distribution agreements in the region.
Requirements:
- 2-6 PQE
- Common-law qualified
- Technical commercial experience
- Background in IT/IP/TMT/data protection/sourcing
