Court of Protection Paralegal

I am currently working with a leading regional firm based in the South of England and I am recruiting to a Court of Protection Paralegal positions. Supporting the Court of Protection Manager and fee earners, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• To assist in the provision of administrative and legal services for clients.
• Work as a part of a team under the supervision of a Partner of the firm.
• Produce plain English letters, witness statements, court applications and other documents as required.
• Manage professionally and confidentially, written and telephone correspondence with clients, other solicitors and third parties
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to clients.

I am keen to speak with all candidates with the necessary skills, although candidates with a background in court of protection, personal injury or clinical negligence would be of particular interest.
