This Fortune Global 500 industrial manufacturer is seeking a PRC-qualified lawyer to be based in either Beijing or Shanghai, covering their operations in China. The role will include responsibility for all legal issues within China with specific focus on products/business, contracts, risk management, employment, M&A and corporate matters. Ideally, you have stellar academics with US/European legal education plus solid experience in handling general commercial or corporate law. Candidates with good business acumen, strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented approach are preferred.
