Capital Markets Associate - UK qualified

They are currently seeking to recruit an outstanding UK qualified associate for their Capital Markets Group in Frankfurt.

The Frankfurt Capital Markets Group is part of our clients' market-leading capital markets practice globally and advises on the full spectrum of capital markets transactions from equity and debt capital markets, through to derivatives and structured products. They pride themselves on its practical advice and ability to execute the most high profile and complex deals.

You will be working in a small international team in the Frankfurt office of our client and will primarily work on transactional matters relating to English law. You can expect to work on innovative and pioneering deals which are often cross-border in nature. These will include equity deals, debt deals, derivatives and structured products.

You will be an excellent UK qualified lawyer, ideally with first experience in capital markets. You will have excellent transaction management skills as well as the ability to undertake complex analyses of legal issues. You will be a team player with a pragmatic approach and the ability to liaise with peers, colleagues and other stakeholders from all seniority levels. As part of a global and large practice, teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside colleagues in other European and overseas offices.
