Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the current team in Reading.
The department deal with Freehold and leasehold office, industrial, educational, licensed and retail premises; Residential development and associated planning matters for developers and landowners; Agricultural related work encompassing farmland and landed estates.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or FILEX with experience in dealing with a mix of Commercial Property work including:
** Business Leasehold & Freehold
** Business Sales & Purchases
** New Build/Land Development
** Secured Lending
** Portfolio Management

You will be required to have a excellent IT and organisational skills and be able to use a Case Management System.
