Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating transnational documentation
- Licences, renewels, acquisitions etc.
- Legal research and reporting
- Client contact
- Providing support to corporate and banking colleagues
- Managing junior members of the team
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' commercial property experience and excellent academics.
