You will support a well-regarded capital markets team with a focus on Hong Kong IPO matters. The ideal candidate will have a law degree or LLM gained in Hong Kong plus at least 1-2 years’ paralegal experience in IPOs. Fluent written and oral English and Chinese skills required.
