Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Cilex

The Role:

A well-established niche law firm based in Walsall is looking for a Commercial Litigation (Debt Recovery) Paralegal/Cilex to join their currently expanding department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a flexible attitude to work and the needs of the business, ideally be able to handle your own caseload but support will be given to bring you up to that level if required. The role will consist of debt recovery work covering Letter before action, Claiming late payment charges, Issue of court process, Enforcement, Disputed claims, Dispute resolution, Terms and Conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 - 2 years' experience within Commercial Litigation to forge a career in debt recovery with a firm that will support your training needs and be flexible on personal circumstances with a real positive work environment.

Benefits:

Salary will be £18,000 - £25,000

20 days holiday + Statutory
