Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-respected Sheffield City Centre based Law firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Property department.

The successful candidate will be providing support to a Partner alongside running their own caseload, working in an extremely fast paced and varied environment.

Key duties:
• Handling your own caseload, comprising the sale, purchase and lease of land, leasehold management, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development work
• Drafting legal documents
• Handling client transactions
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Prioritising effectively to meet strict deadlines
• Using a case management system
• Actively contributing towards business development

At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working within a team environment, you must be a team player who is dedicated to achieving common goals whilst maintaining your own caseload and being able to work individually. You must display flexibility and be able to work effectively under pressure.
