Clinical negligence solicitor required to defend large medical organisations against negligence accusations. Your work load will cover drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, instructing experts and counsel, conducting negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules.
Ideally you will be at least 2 years pqe and have experience in either claimant or defendant clinical negligence. Fantastic opportunities for career development. Based central Newcastle.
