My client, an award winning and accredited Law Firm based in North Yorkshire. They are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor who has 2-4 years experience but this isn't set.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes

• You will have a sound knowledge of all usual private client areas, commensurate to experience, to include Will instruction and preparation, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates and Trusts and Tax Advice
• Networking and marketing experience would be good, specifically seminar style talks
• Experience of Charity law and Contentious Probate would be a distinct advantage due to potential growth areas with the department.
