Company and Commercial Solicitor needed for a dynamic Cambridge firm!

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven Associate to join our client’s firm based in Cambridgeshire. Our client’s Company and Commercial department help businesses realise and achieve their commercial goals and provide a range of advice from legal solutions and business risk management. This team prides itself on being able to assist with a range of matters from complex and high-value transactions, to offering ongoing advice and support by building lasting business relations through a truly personalised service.
The Role
As a Company and Commercial Associate, your role would include tasks and responsibilities such as managing a complex and mixed caseload of client matters with limited supervision. Having oversight and providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients. Using specialist skills to enhance the client experience, advising clients in varied aspects of corporate and partnership law including, management buy-outs, corporate governance, business and share acquisitions and disposals, and joint venture and shareholder arrangements. Supporting Head of Department and Partners with their client work and with specific management responsibilities. In return, our client offers a generous salary alongside excellent bonus schemes.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must be a Solicitor with at least 4 Years’ PQE with a strong background in Company and Commercial matters.
Be confident in working on your own and be able to train and support junior members of staff.
Always demonstrate a client-focused attitude in everything you do.
Have a flair for business, personal development and marketing and implement these confidently to the rest of your team.
