Senior Private Client Solicitor / HOD - (5+ PQE) -

A rare senior opportunity with great potential for a Solicitor with a solid background in Private Client matters at a substantial multi-office firm in their New Forest office. -

We would encourage applications from candidates with 5 years PQE up to senior-level, with solid experience in a good range of Private Client matters including wills and probate, personal tax, estate planning, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney and a working knowledge of Trusts.

This is a senior and discreet opportunity and you will be encouraged to take a leading role within the department. There is a substantial existing case load, including a wide range of high quality and high value Private Client work, so a broad knowledge is highly desirable. Experience of dealing with very high net worth clients would be an advantage here. STEP qualification would be a bonus, but this is not essential.

This is an exciting and fast paced role in a modern thinking firm and promises exciting career progression for the right candidate. There is real potential here for progression to Partnership if desired.
