An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Disputes Associate to join a leading British firm in Dubai. Our client is recognised both nationally and internationally as the leading adviser to the construction and engineering industries and for infrastructure projects.
You will be working with an established team on a variety of construction disputes matters.
Essential Skills/Responsibilities
- Must be 6+ PQE
- Must have trained and qualified at an international firm
- Must have experience working on construction disputes
- Must be able to successfully manage arbitration and construction cases
- Must have a good understanding of the FIDIC forms of contract
- Ideally be based in the region
