My Client is a Legal 500 recognised legal practice and are a specialist Personal Injury Law Firm, Due to expansion and the opening of a new office they are looking to appoint a Fee Earner within the Personal Injury to join their Newcastle office.

The role
My client is seeking a highly experienced RTA Fee Earner who is confident handling their own caseload from inception through to conclusion with no supervision. It is vital that you have experience of processing claims through stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MoJ, capable of identifying liability, quantum and causation. Prior experience of Credit Hire is desirable

You will be required to negotiate claims, prepare court bundles, draft witness statements and liaise with Counsel on a daily basis, as well as litigate Part 7 proceedings

The Candidate
You will be at least 1 year PQE and will be experienced of managing your own caseload. You will have a proven track record of running a successful fast track caseload within a personal injury environment. Excellent IT and literacy skills and a proficient knowledge of case management systems would be a distinct advantage
